Pharmacological action: This drug is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic, with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.It has the function of inhibiting cycmoxygenase of cell membrane to metabolize arachidonic acid into inflammatory mediators prostaglandin, thereby reducing the local tissue congestion and swelling caused by prostaglandin (PGE1, PGE2, PGI2), and
also reducing the local peripheral nerve sensitivity to bradykinin.It plays an anti-inflammatory and analgesic role.PGE1 is also a strong pyrogen and can play an antipyretic role when inhibited.It also has a certain scavenging effect on other components that cause inflammation, such as oxygen ions and superoxide free radicals.This product has a weak effect on lipoxygenase, another metabolic enzyme of arachidonic acid.In addition to inhibiting induced (inflammatory) cycloxygenase (cox-2), this product can also inhibit the structural (physiological) cycloxygenase (cox-1) of stomach, kidney and other tissues. Therefore, after taking this product, symptoms such as increased gastric acid, decreased gastric mucus secretion, decreased gastroesophageal tension, and decreased renal blood flow can be found.
