Technical Data Sheet
Product Name: Immobilized Penicillin G Acylase, [PGA() ]
Description: Brown granules.
Application: Immobilized Penicillin G Acylase , as a kind of biocatalyst, is
widely used in the manufacturing process of by enzymatic method.
D-HPGM and 6-APA dissolution solution generate by catalyzing of
PGA()`. Enzymatic process can not only reduce reaction steps, production cost
but also environmental pollution. Moreover, the quality of enzymatic ampicillin
product is excellent with few impurities.

Stability Test.
Take 3 batches of PGA() samples, each batch into 9 bottles, 20-30g per bottle,
and then add 100ml 0.05mol/L Phosphate solution of PH6.0, 7.0, 8.0 to each three
bottles . Stand the solution at 2~8ºC. Separately take samples to test the enzyme
activity at 0, 10th , 20th , 30th day, thus recording the variation relationship
between enzyme activity and PH of storage condition.

Shelf Life
The shelf life of PGA( ) is 12months. Through stability test, it proves that
PGA() has good stability on condition that PH6.0~8.0, temperature 2~8ºC, it
can be normally used in manufacturing process.
Storage
Store in 15kg white plastic drum. Keep the storage and transportation temperate at
2~8ºC.
