IMMOBILIZED PENICILLIN G ACYLASE
PH stability test for Immobilized penicillin G Acylase[PGA()]
1. Purpose of test.
PGA() is stored in the buffer salt solution at PH 6.0~8.0. By testing the enzymatic activity of PGA() at different
time,the variation trend of stability of enzyme can be learned.
2. Test method.
Take 3 batches of PGA( ) samples, each batch into 9 bottles, 20-30g per bottle, and then add 100ml 0.05mol/L
Phosphate solution of PH6.0, 7.0, 8.0. Stand the solution at 2~8ºC. Separately take samples to test the enzyme activity
at 0, 10th , 20th , 30th day, thus recording the variation relationship between enzyme activity and PH of storage condition.
