Pharmacology:
- Maduramicin Ammonium is glycoside polyether ionophore antibiotic,which has the strongest anticoccidial effect and the lowest drug concentration,and thus it is widely used in anti-coccidiosis of chicken.
-The anticoccidail mechanism is to excite Na +, k +, ATP of sporozoite so that concentration of Na + in sporozoite increases,leading to Cl - increases and make the sporozoite absorbent swelling and vacuolization. Coccidia has no osmotic pressure regulator, so its osmotic pressure changes, resulting in poor growth.
- Maduramicin Ammonium is effective in kiling sporpzpite, the first and second asexual generations and merozoites.

Usage&Dosage: Mixed feeding.
Precautions:
- This product is highly toxic,in addition to chicken,so forbid using in other animals and guard against eating on the human body.
- The safe range of this product is narrow.And it will inhibit the growth of broiler chickens if feed conceentration is more than 6mg/kg.
- Forbid using in laying chicken.
- Forbid making poultry dung of chickens,who has fed Maduramicin Ammonium,into animal feed,otherwise it would cause animal poisoning.
- This produce cant directly use.It should make into premix or solution.Thoroughly mix evenly before using.
- It is noxious to human. If ingested the symptoms may include shortness of breath, dizziness, naphtha and vomit. Obtain medical care without delay.
